More About Dr. Muffoletto

Dr. John Muffoletto received his Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Notre Dame before attending the State University of New York School of Medicine. He achieved recognition for MD with Distinction in Research in May 1991.  He completed his residency at the University of Nevada School of Medicine – University Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1997.

 

Dr. Muffoletto enjoys fitness training, skiing, music, and playing basketball.

More About Dr. Roaten

Dr. Roaten is a board-certified Pediatric Surgeon. He specializes in general and thoracic surgery in neonates, infants, children, and adolescents. Dr. Roaten is also available for prenatal consultation. He serves as the RI for Surgery Children’s Oncology (COG) program. Dr. Roaten is honored to be the founder of the Stephen G. Jolley Lectureship, providing funding for an annual symposium with guest speakers renowned in the field of Pediatric Surgery. The series further enriches Alaska’s knowledge of pediatric care.

More About Dr. Rossi

Dr. Rossi graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. from the University of North Carolina-Asheville in 1998.  He earned his D.O. degree with Honors in 2003, at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.  Dr. Rossi completed his osteopathic internship at Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling, West Virginia, and went on to complete his general surgery residency in 2009 at West Virginia University Hospital.  He finished his colorectal surgery residency in 2010 at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, Washington.  After this, Dr. Rossi practiced colorectal surgery in the Geisinger Health System of Pennsylvania until joining Alaska Colorectal Surgery in July 2014.

David Wrigley, MD, was born in Anchorage, Alaska. He attended Dartmouth College and graduated with a degree in Biochemistry before attending the University of Washington School of Medicine. He completed his Surgery Internship and Residency at Oregon Health Services University.

 

Dr. Wrigley has been practicing in Alaska since 1998 and remains active with The American College of Surgeons as well as The American Board of Surgery.
